I had the opportunity to serve as a tech lead on the redesign and rebuild of NYTCo.com, The New York Times’s corporate website. This project involved overhauling both the infrastructure and front end to support a modern, scalable platform that serves over a million page views each month from around the world.
One of the key challenges was improving the experience not just for site visitors, but also for the editors managing content behind the scenes—streamlining workflows, enhancing performance, and making the system easier to maintain. It was a technically complex effort, and I’m grateful to have tackled it alongside such a sharp, collaborative team.
